NAME
softpower - determine if softpower hardware is installed on the system
SYNOPSIS
/sbin/softpower
DESCRIPTION
The softpower command determines whether a software controlled power switch is installed on the sys-
tem.
RETURN VALUE
softpower returns the following values:
0 Softpower hardware detected on the system.
1 Softpower hardware was not detected on the system.
2 The command failed because it is being run on an earlier version of HP-UX that does not support
the appropriate sysconf call.
