Use of this product is subject to HP's software license terms and conditions and the following terms:
The Red Hat Directory Server for HP-UX 11i v2 and v3 (Red Hat Directory Server version 8.0) software license to use (LTU) entitles a Customer
(defined below) to store and process internal objects such as employees, regular contractors, or other internal objects of customer at no charge.
This LTU is applicable to Customers of Red Hat Directory Server whether acquired in the HP-UX 11i Foundation OE, the Application Release
CD, or from www.hp.com/go/softwaredepot. Customer is defined as a legal entity that has an agreement to acquire HP products.
Servers storing and processing (Red Hat Directory Server) external data such as clients, vendors and external objects or a mixed processing of
internal and external data objects, customers must purchase Per-Core LTUs. To purchase per-core LTU's, use product number BA470AA. Contact
your HP sales representative or reseller to purchase licenses.
Grandfather clause: Customers who prior to the effective date above and using Netscape Directory Server for HP-UX 11i prior to version 7.1
under the user based license and pricing may continue to use and upgrade the product. The previous license for product J4258CA entitles the
Customer to maintain Intranet users and up to 250,000 extranet users on the directory at no charge. When the no charge extranet user LTU is
exceeded, purchase per-core LTU's, using product number BA470AA.
