4.5.2. nsIndexType
This optional, multi-valued attribute specifies the type of index for Directory Server operations
and takes the values of the attributes to be indexed. Each desired index type has to be entered
on a separate line.

4.5.3. nsMatchingRule
This optional, multi-valued attribute specifies the ordering matching rule name or OID used to
match values and to generate index keys for the attribute. This is most commonly used to
ensure that equality and range searches work correctly for languages other than English (7-bit
ASCII).
This is also used to allow range searches to work correctly for integer syntax attributes that do
