Support policies for PRM (Process Resource Manager)
Following are the user specific reference notes for currently supported and older versions of PRM
(Process Resource Manager).
• PRM (Process Resource Manager) product is adhering to HP-UX support policy.
• PRM (Process Resource Manager) releases the new product version through Operating
Environment (OE) or Application Release (AR) media.
• During the time frame of HP-UX support period, PRM (Process Resource Manager) is supported
as per the following policy.

HP-UX 11i v3:
Latest two versions are supported
◦
HP-UX 11i v2
and
HP-UX 11i v1:
Only the latest available version is supported
TIP: For more details on the supported versions, see Table 1 (page 6).
• During the support period of PRM (Process Resource Manager), following are the key decisions.
There will not be any new enhancements or features.◦
◦ Only the security related defects and/or technical escalation/hot sites, with a severity
level of 8 and above, will be fixed.
• The support date for HP-UX 11i v2 or HP-UX 11i v1 versions, are only till December 2015.
• The exact end of support (EOS) date for the month indicated in the support matrix is the end
of each mentioned month.
