Numeric factorization and condition number estimation
Purpose This subprogram computes the numeric factorization and condition number
estimate of the sparse symmetric matrix input to the package. The condition
number estimate is not implemented for nonsymmetric matrices.
NOTE Matrix structure input by matrix supports five data types. Matrix structure
input by elements, columns, and finite elements supports only REAL*8
precision.
