Chapter objectives
Chapter objectives
After reading this chapter you will:
• Know how to access Distributed SuperLU library subprograms
• Know what Distributed SuperLU can do
• Know the driver routines and the computational routines
• Know the basic steps to call a Distributed SuperLU routine
• Know the appropriate header files to include
• Know the Distributed SuperLU defined data structures
• Know the most important input argument for the driver routines
• Know an issue relating to calling SuperLU_DIST8 routines
• Find two sample programs of applying the double precision driver routines
to solve a linear system of equations
NOTE In the public domain Distributed SuperLU, there is a routine named
pxerbla. In HP’s implementation of Distributed SuperLU, that routine is
renamed slu_pxerbla.
