Resolution: This issue is fixed.

Problem: The logtool utility is in a hung state.
Problem Description: After decoding the raw logs, the logtool waits for a reply from the UI to
exit gracefully but never returns back. The socket used for this communication is closed hence
it does not get any response back.
Resolution: The fix is made to exit from the tool if the socket is closed.
