6. Select the appropriate Requirement Type using the list:
• Select Shall not when requiring volume services which do not contain the specified property.
• Select Required when requiring volume services which do contain the specified property.
• Select Not Recommended when seeking volume services in which a property is not desired
but is allowed.
• Select Recommended when seeking volume services in which a property is desired but not
required.
7. Establish the constraint value by clicking the Edit Value button.
The appropriate dialog box opens.
8. For a Tag constraint, the Tag Constraints dialog box opens and displays a list of all Namespaces
and Tags available. Click the radio button to select the appropriate tag, then click the OK button
to return to the Goal Properties window.
NOTE:
If no tags have been established during the catalog configuration, no options will appear
in the dialog box. Without a value, the constraint cannot be saved. See
“Establishing tags” on page 15 to create the tags.
9. For a RAID constraint. the RAID Constraint dialog box displays. From the list, select the desired
RAID level, then click the OK button to return to the Goal Properties window.
