6 Managing storage catalog entities
Managing storage catalog entities is the responsibility of the storage administrator. Types of entities
are arrays, volume services, service groups, service requests, and goals. Tasks include adding,
modifying, searching, and deleting entities. Each entity type and the possible management tasks are
presented in the following sections.

Managing arrays
Viewing and modifying array properties
To modify the basic properties of an array:
1. In the Navigation tree, select Arrays.
The list of arrays displays in the List View pane.
2. From the List View pane, select the appropriate array.
