Adding a managed array
Managed Arrays are those that are found by SPM and are managed from the array side. There is
communication between SPM and the array.
To add a managed array:
1. From the Navigation tree, select Arrays.
2. Click the Actions New Array button at the bottom of the window.
The New Array Wizard dialog box displays.
Alternatively, from the Global menu, select Catalog > New > Array.
3. Click the radio button for Manage Array Using.
4. Select the appropriate management type from the Manage Array Using list.
5. Click the Next button.
