Explanation Specifies the decrease, in megabytes rounded the
total amount of ILM to be allocated to the vPar.
Values ilm_size: A positive 64-bit integer <=
(0x100000000000 - ILM granularity)
Usage o This option is allowed only in the vparmodify
Restrictions command
o The vPar must own at least the specified amount
(after rounding) of ILM
o The decrease must not result in a total less than
that of all ILM allocated in specific memory
ranges
Table III.t. Task: -d socket:socket_id :mem::size
Explanation Specifies the decrease, in megabytes rounded upward
to the next SLM granule multiple, in the total
amount of SLM to be allocated from socket socket_id
to the vPar.
Values socket_id: enclosure#/blade#/cpusocket#
size: A positive 64-bit integer <=
(0x100000000000 - SLM granularity)
Usage o This option is allowed only in the vparmodify
Restrictions command
o The vPar must own at least the specified amount
(after rounding) of SLM located on socket
