SRP(1M) SRP(1M)
prm_phys_mem=number
Physical memory in megabytes allocated to the
PRM group for shared memory usage. Default: no
dedicated physical memory.
Provision Service:
Execute a provision script on a container when srp runs the provision service. All template variables
(for instance ip_address) are passed into the script.
script=pathname
Specifies the path of the provision script to run for add, delete, list, status, import, or export
operations. Default: /opt/hpsrp/bin/util/custom_srpsys_setup
APACHE and TOMCAT TEMPLATES
Both templates may be added only to a workload container. The apache template manages apache web
server related configuration. The tomcat template manages apache tomcat related configuration.
The following services may be specified with the template: all, cmpt, ipfilter, provision.
At least one of the following services is required: cmpt, ipfilter, and provision.
The default services are: cmpt, provision.
Cmpt Service:
This service specifies updates to the compartment rules file for the container, see compartments (4).
data_path=pathname
Directory used for data and configuration files.
apache default: /var/hpsrp/<container> /opt/hpws22/apache
tomcat default: /var/hpsrp/<container>/opt/hpws22/tomcat
exec_path=pathname
Directory used for executables.
apache default: /opt/hpws22/apache
tomcat default: /opt/hpws22/tomcat
java_path=pathname
tomcat: Root of the directory for java binaries: Default: /opt/java1.5
wss_version=3.0 2.0
HP-UX Web Server Suite version. Default: 3.0
Ipfilter Service:
Manages ipf(1M) rules for the container that are associated with the Apache web server. Rules are
only applied to the network interface with instance id=1, which is the network interface assigned
when the container is created.
ipf_tcp_ports=tcp_port_number[,tcp_port_number]...
Comma separated list of
TCP port numbers to be allowed IPFilter ingress for this container.
apache default: values specified for http_port and https_port.
tomcat default: values specified for control_port, http_port, and apj_port
Provision Service:
This service provisions the Apache or Tomcat server in the container. In addition to using all the
variables defined for the cmpt and ipfilter services, the following variables are available:
ajp_port=tcp_port_number
Tomcat
AJP Port number. Default: 8009
control_port=tcp_port_number
tomcat only:
TCP port number for Tomcat control. Default: 8085
data_src=pathname
Source directory for copying Apache data and configuration files.
apache default: /opt/hpws22/apache/newconfig
tomcat default: /opt/hpws22/tomcat/newconfig
http_port=tcp_port_number
TCP port number for http connections to Apache or Tomcat.
