path. By default, no value is pre-
assigned (empty string). Range:
ASCII string <= 64 chars. Must
begin with a letter and may only
contain alphanumeric characters,
"-", and "_".

Range: 1 - 0xFFFFFFFE

To enable/disable dynamic conges-
tion control on the target port of
the target path. Values: false (0)
or true (1). Note: This attribute is
only valid when
