NAME

prmail - print out mail in the incoming mailbox ﬁle

SYNOPSIS

prmail [user ... ]

DESCRIPTION

prmail prints the mail which waits for you or the speciﬁed user in the incoming mailbox ﬁle. The mail-

box ﬁle is not disturbed.

prmail is functionally similar to the command:

cat /var/mail/mailﬁle | more

cat /var/mail/mailﬁle |pg

depending upon the setting of the user’s

PAGER environment variable
