To view IPoIB interface’s statistics, use the following command (where 64-bit MIB II counters are used in
the example):
nwmgr -g --stats -S ipoib -c lan
ipoib_ppa
To reset the IPoIB interface’s statistics, use the following command:
nwmgr -r --stats -c lanipoib_ppa
To reset the IPoIB interface, use the following command:
nwmgr -r -c lanipoib_ppa
To view the Critical Resource Analysis (Usage information) of the IPoIB interface, use the following com-
mand:
nwmgr --cra -c lanipoib_ppa
To check the link level connectivity of an IPoIB interface, use the following command:
nwmgr --diag [link] -A dest=ipoib_mac [
-A timeout=seconds][-A pktsize=number]
[
--interval seconds][--iterations count]
-c lanipoib_ppa [-v]
--int | --interval Specifies the number of seconds between the sending of two test packets
for diagnostics.
--it | --iterations Specifies the number of frames to be sent for diagnostics.
The output in each case can be obtained in either human-readable form (which is the default) or in a
script-friendly parse-able form (with the
--sc[ript] option). The format for script-friendly output is
described in the nwmgr(1M) manpage. It is guaranteed that any change in the scriptable output across
releases will contain only additions, never modifications or deletions. The human-readable format can
change across releases, including modifications and deletions, though the changes can be expected to be
incremental.
Attributes
The following attributes are read-only for IPoIB interface:

mac MAC Address of an IPoIB interface - which is 20 bytes long.
pkey Partition Key: Partition Key of the interface.
qkey Queue Key: Queue Key of the interface.
Following attributes can be specified for
--diag operation:
dest Destination MAC address: The MAC address of the target IPoIB interface.
pktsize Payload size (in bytes) of each test frame.
Min: 1
Max: MTU-3
Default: MTU-3.
timeout Specify the number of seconds to wait for the acknowledgement of each test frame.
