CPU hyperthreading (as controlled by the LCPU attribute) can be disabled at boot time. (See the
set-
boot command and its -m flag.) When CPU hyperthreading is disabled at boot, the LCPU attribute can-
not be set by HP-UX. machinfo will report the number of logical processors per socket to be the same
as the number of cores per socket, and will not display the LCPU attribute setting.
