Displays all events from current event archive.

evweb eventviewer -L -e ge:4 -a 5:dd -b history

Displays events from history event archive that were generated in the last 5 days, with severity

greater than or equal to Warning.

evweb eventviewer -L -i Evt001 \

-t bw:06:01:2005:12:05:00,07:01:2005:12:30:00 -s Severity

Displays all events from current event archive with eventid=’Evt001’ that occurred between 1st

June 2005, 12:05 hrs and 1st July 2005, 12:30 hrs and sorts the output by order of severity.

evweb eventviewer -L -s Severity -o 100 -c 25 -b current

Sorts all events from current event archive by severity; skips the ﬁrst 100 events and displays the

next 25 events.

evweb eventviewer -L -i Evt001 \

-t bw:06:01:2005:12:05:00,07:01:2005:12:30:00 -s Severity -x

Displays all events with details from current event archive with eventid=’Evt001’ that occurred

between 1st June 2005, 12:05 hrs and 1st July 2005, 12:30 hrs and sorts the output by order of

Displays the details of the event with event number ’2342’ from the current event archive.

evweb eventviewer -D -n 8432,8434

Deletes the events with event number 8432 and 8434 from the current event archive.

evweb eventviewer -D -e le:3

Deletes all events with severity less than or equal to three from the current event archive.

evweb eventviewer -D -f -r "be:This is" -a 24:hh

Deletes all events from the current event archive starting with the error message "This is" that

occurred in the last 24 hours. This command does not prompt users for conﬁrmation before deleting

the events.
