Deﬁne Secondary Server Network Locations

To conﬁgure propagation, you must deﬁne server network locations by

altering the content of the Kerberos conﬁguration ﬁles. You cannot use

the DNS lookup to conﬁgure propagation.

Refer to the Chapter 7, “Propagation,” on page 207, for more information.

For each Secondary Server installed on your network, you must edit the

krb.conf ﬁle on the Primary Security Server by adding an entry to

deﬁne the role of this Secondary Security Server in the realm. Refer to

“krb.conf” on page 69 for more information on the conﬁguration ﬁles.
