A. Check /etc/hosts and /etc/nsswitch.conf files. If needed, add a missing host name
or IPv6 address. If the IPv6 address for the host is in /etc/hosts, ensure that you
have an /etc/nsswitch.conf file entry with an appropriate ipnodes policy.
