The initials contains a person's initials; this does not contain the entry's surname. For example:
initials: BAJ
Directory Server and Active Directory handle the initials attribute differently. The Directory
Server allows a practically unlimited number of characters, while Active Directory has a restriction
of six characters. If an entry is synced with a Windows peer and the value of the initials
attribute is longer than six characters, then the value is automatically truncated to six characters
