Figure 1 shows how the simplified SAP default directories of two SAP systems are assigned to two SRP
compartments. No user assigned to SRP compartment SAPSRP1 can log in to SRP compartment
SAPSRP2 or read or modify the content of its files or directories.
With different IPs and optional virtual hostnames connected to the SRP compartment, the two systems
can be accessed individually. No process of compartment SAPSRP2 can be accessed from
compartment SAPSRP1 or vice versa.
