New and Changed Documentation in This Edition
This edition documents the following changes for HP CIFS Server 3.0k version A.02.04:
• HP CIFS Server 3.0k version A.02.04 is based on Samba 3.0.30 with selected fixes from 3.0.31
to 3.0.34. It is a feature release that provides the CVE-2008-4314 security fix from Samba
3.0.33 and few defect fixes. The changed requirements of HP CIFS Server 3.0k version A.02.04
are documented.
• HP CIFS Server now supports Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista operating systems.
Support for these operating systems is documented.
