Verifying that the Printer is Published
On an HP CIFS Server system, you can run the net ads printer
search command to verify that the printer is published. For example,
verify that the printer hpdesklj2 is published, type:
$ net ads printer search hpdesklj2
After you ran the above command, the output is shown as follows:
objectClass:top
objectClass:leaf
objectClass:connectionPoint
objectClass:printQuene
printerName:hpdesklj2
serverName:HPSERVERA
