Adding Directory ACLs From Windows 2000/XP
Clients
This section describes how to add a directory ACE from the Widnows
2000 or XP client:
Step 1. Right-click on a directory and select Properties
Step 2. Click on the Security tab
Step 3. Click on the Advanced button
Step 4. Click on Add button, a select user or group window is displayed
Step 5. You may select any user or group from the available one.
Step 6. Click on OK, you will be prompted to enter ACE permissions and the
type of ACE
Step 7. Enter the desired permissions, click on OK
