Mounts CIFS Shares from CIFS Servers. Can only be used by root
user.
cifsmount
Unmounts CIFS shares. Can only be used by root user.cifsumount
Utility to help set up Kerberos, see “Using Kerberos with the HP CIFS
Client” (page 24) for details.
cifsgettkt
For ordinary users to use the CIFS shares (already mounted), they
first login to the CIFS domain/machine with their username and
password (according to CIFS configuration).
cifslogin
User logout from the CIFS domain. Cannot use the mounted shares
in the CIFS domain.
cifslogout
Lists the mounted shares on the Client.cifslist
Start/Stop script for CIFS Client. Please refer to "Step 4: Starting
and Stopping CIFS Client" for more details on this script.
cifsclient
adds, modifies and deletes entries in CIFS Client databases. The
entries allow CIFS mounts and logins to be performed automatically.
cifsdb
HP CIFS PAM files./opt/cifsclient/pam
CIFS Clients for use by the administrator or root user. The CIFS Client
daemon is contained in this directory.
/opt/cifsclient/sbin
Directory for CIFS Client log, database, core files, and other
temporary files.
/etc/opt/cifsclient/
Configuration file accessed by CIFS Client daemon.cifsclient.cfg
Contains factory default setting; used as a references. Do not modify.cifsclient.cfg.default
Character-mapping tables for internationalized clients./etc/opt/cifsclient/unitables
PAM configuration file. You may need to modify according to your
needs. Refer to "Chapter 6: PAM NTLM" for more details on this
file.
pam/smb.conf
Default PAM file. Should be copied [LINEBREAK] as pam/smb.conf
for your use. Do not modify.
pam/smb.conf.default
Directory for the CIFS Client log files, pid files and any temporary
files created for client's own use.
