This problem may occur if the LDAP Server is not running, or if the
LDAP properties are not correctly configured.
Cause
Solution 1. Ensure that the LDAP server is running.
2. Verify the following LDAP configuration parameters for the affected
realm:
• Host
• Port

see “Configuring Realms for LDAP ” (page 78).

No listener is running on the Oracle server. If the listener is running,
the connection configuration (hostname and port) is incorrect
Cause
Verify that an instance of the Oracle database server is running on the
server and port specified in the DBID structure of /etc/opt/aaa/
sqlaccess.config.
