AAA Server As A Client Properties
Clicking AAA Server As A Client Properties takes you to the AAA Server As A Client
Properties screen where you can modify the properties described in Table 11-6.
Table 11-6 AAA Server As A Client Properties
DescriptionOption
Specifies the maximum number of client requests that can be stored
in the client queue. Client requests exceeding the specified limit
are discarded. The default value is 25000.
Max Client Requests
Specifies the maximum number of retries that the Client AATV
sends. The default value is 2.
Global Client Retry Limit
The time (in seconds) after which the client initiates the retry
request and the associated replies if it does not receive a response
from the server. The default value is 3.
Global Client Retry Interval
Specifies the size of the hash table that stores the client requests
present in the retransmission queues. The default value is 32.
Client Reply Hold Table Size
NOTE: Configuring the hash table size requires a customized
value.
Specifies the time window (in seconds) within which the
Event-Timestamp value is valid. Any packet whose

Event-Timestamp value exceeds the specified limit is dropped.
The default value is 9.
NOTE: This value is applicable to all incoming requests.
Enables you to perform the Reverse Path Forwarding Check for
proxied dynamic authorization requests. The default value is No

Clicking Client Action Properties takes you to the Server Properties: Modify Property
screen. If you select New Action or an existing client action in the Client Actions menu,
the Client Action Properties window is displayed, where you can modify the properties
described in Table 11-7.
