Domain Name or IP Address The IP address (traditional IPv4 address in
dotted-quad notation, or IPv6 address in
IPv6 literal format notation), or valid
Domain Name System (DNS) host name of
the AAA server that the connection maps
to.
Example: IPv4 address- 192.0.2.0
IPv6 address- fedc:ba98:7654:3210
Domain Name- example.org
4. Click Create.
5. Verify the server is listed and selected in the Server Status frame.
6. From the navigation tree, click Administration.
7. Click Start.
8. Verify the server has started. A green “GO” icon in the Server Status frame indicates
the server is running.
9. Verify the server is selected in the Server Status frame and then select the Status
option.
10. Check Server Manager’s Message Frame for the status reply. The following reply
at the bottom of the Message Frame indicates the server is running correctly:
“<server name> (port#)” is responding
