The Oracle server and port that the HP-UX AAA Server is
trying to connect to cannot be resolved.
Cause
Specify the correct server and port specified in the DBID
structure of /etc/opt/aaa/sqlaccess.config.For more

information on using the SQL Access feature with Oracle, see
Chapter 17, SQL Access on page 221.If the
sqlaccess.config configuration is correct, the OCI client
is unable to resolve the database name. Ensure that the
tnsnames.ora file contains all the databases that your OCI
client can connect to. Also ensure that the TNS_ADMN path
variable is set to the location of tnsnames.ora.
