Check is added to avoid duplicate
entries in namespace authorization table.
cimserver fails to start with duplicate entries in
namespace authorization. As the namespace

created for namespace authorization for the
same user. However, cimserver will fail to
restart. The only way to recover from this failure
is to recreate repository.
WBEMServices is updated with the latest
OpenSSL version i.e. moved to 0.9.8r
from 0.9.7i.
Add Member does not work with skymaster
firmware. After installing manually created rule
files, Add Member command does not work
