The error message displayed in this scenario has
been modified to indicate the nature of the error
and the remedial action.
The error message indicates that there could be
a problem with the permissions of the
cimserver trust store path and that the
cimserver cannot be restarted.
Following is the error message that is displayed:
# cimserver PGS10033: The CIM Server
is not started: PGS00415: SSL
exception: PGS13312: Could not
access the trust store. Check the
permissions of the trust store path
"/etc/opt/hp/sslshare/cimserver_trust".
If the permissions of the cimserver trust
store path /etc/opt/hp/sslshare are
corrupt or incorrect, then the cimserver
does not start up.
The following error message is displayed:
PGS10033: The CIM Server is not
started: PGS00415: SSL
exception: PGS13302: The
"sslTrustStoreUserName"
property must specify a
truststore user name to
associate with the trusted
certificates if
sslClientVerificationMode" is
'required' or 'optional', and
a trust store is specified.
The error message does not provide
sufficient detail on the problem and does
not indicate the corrective steps that need
to be taken.

Defects Fixed in A.02.07.02
The owner and the group name for the
cimserver.rnd file has been modified to
cimsrvr, so that the cimservermain process
can read this file.
When there is no random generator
installed or if there is no OpenSSL daemon
running, the cimserver uses the
cim.server.rnd file as the source.
Earlier, the cim.server.rnd files were
created with the following permissions:
-r-------- 1 bin bin 2048 Feb
28 11:19 cimserver.rnd
With the introduction of the privilege
separation feature in A.02.07, the
cimservermain process attempts to read
the cimserver.rnd file. However, the
cimservermain process does not have
the necessary permissions to read the file.
