This section describes WBEM vPartition provider defect fixed in the HP-UX 11i v3 operating
system.

In the previous releas4e, during installation of vParProvider on Itanium-based
systems, the required library libipmimsg.so does not get installed on the
system. The library is missing in the provider configuration file. As a result,
the following error message is displayed:
CIM_ERR_FAILED: PGS04201: Provider HPUX_VParPartitionProvider in
file /opt/wbem/providers/lib/libHPVParProvider.so cannot load library. Error:
Unable to find library 'libipmimsg.so'
In the current release, the configuration file includes patch PHCO_39831 ,
which contains the required library libipmimsg.so. During installation of
vParProvider on Itanium-based systems, the library gets installed on the
system.
