Installing HP-UX WBEM SCSI Provider
The latest WBEM SCSI provider depot is available for download on the OE media. It is also
available on the Web for download at: http://h18013.www1.hp.com/products/servers/
management/hpsim/dl_hpux.html#managed
NOTE: The mass storage WBEM providers depot available on the Web does not support CSP
and IP features for all the related subsystems.

Hardware Requirements and OS Support

Software Requirements
SCSI provider requires certain software products to be installed on the managed system. These
requirements are listed below:
• WBEM Services version A.02.05 or later to be installed on HP-UX 11i v1, HP-UX 11i v2, and
HP-UX 11i v3 systems to gather information about the subsystems.
• The SCSI-HBA CSP Provider requires SCSI-HBA instance provider B.11.23.0706 or later to
be installed on the target system.
• SysMgmtPlus version A.01.00.05.01 to be installed on HP-UX 11i v3 system
Disk Space Requirement
Table 1-2 lists the disk space requirement for the SCSI provider.
