Defects Fixed in This Version
This section describes the WBEM RAIDSA provider defects fixed in the HP-UX 11i v2 and 11i
v3 operating systems.

Defects Fixed in the B.11.31.1003 Release
The /tmp/raidsa_log file gets created because the ioctl() call fails and
returns EINVAL error value.
This defect is fixed in the current release, and the log file is created under the
path /var/opt/raidsaprovider/log with the filename as raidsa.log.

Defects Fixed in the B.11.31.1004 Release
In the previous release, events generated by all I/O Indication providers were
logged in RAIDSA provider database RAIDSAPROVDB, available at the
location:/opt/psb/db/pgsql/bin/psql
In the current release, events generated only by RAIDSA Indication provider
gets logged in the RAIDSAPROVDB database, available at the location: /opt/
psb/db/pgsql/bin/psql.

In the previous release, following fields were not populated with appropriate
values from the indications generated by
HPUXRAIDSAIndicationProviderModule and
HPUXRAIDSANativeIndicationProviderModule:

In the current release, these fields are populated from the indications generated
by HPUXRAIDSAIndicationProviderModule and
HPUXRAIDSANativeIndicationProviderModule.

In the previous release, after OE install, reboot, or upgrade, the RAIDSA
Indication module times-out while registering with EMS.
In the current release, this defect is fixed by increasing the time-out value of
EMS registration.

In the previous release, system log configuration file for RAIDSA provider
available at: /var/opt/raidsaprovider/conf is termed as
PSBLoggerConfig.xml.
In the current release, the log configuration file for RAIDSA provider available
at: /var/opt/raidsaprovider/conf is termed as
RAIDSALoggerConfig.xml.
