The following defect is fixed in the provider for the September 2009 release.

In the previous release, when event subscriptions are created by a
non-privileged user, the HPUXFCIndicationProviderModule runs out
of file descriptors and stops functioning. As a result, events reported by
the HPUXFCIndicationProviderModule may be lost.
In the current release, this defect is fixed. As a result, events reported by
the HPUXFCIndicationProviderModule are not lost even if event
subscriptions are created by a non-privileged user.
