Comments that are entered in the Japanese character set in the Snapshot Options dialog box
of the Create Instant Snapshot screen of the VEA GUI are not saved or displayed correctly.

Problem
When VEA is started from the command line using the /opt/VRTSob/bin/vea& command,
the following message is logged in the /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log file:
Allocator: INFO:File /etc/default/vxassist: Can not open
Workaround
The message does not impact any functionality and can be safely ignored. There is no
workaround for this issue.
