VERITAS Volume Manager Supported Platforms

The following platforms are supported for VERITAS Volume Manager 3.5 for HP-UX 11i

v2 September 2004 release:

• HP Integrity rx4640 (Server)

• HP Integrity rx5670 (Server)

• HP Integrity rx7620 (Server)

• HP Integrity rx8620 (Server)

• zx2000 and zx6000 (Workstation)

• HP Integrity Superdome (16-way, 32-way, and 64-way)

VERITAS Volume Manager Supported Disk Arrays

The following peripherals are supported for VERITAS Volume Manager 3.5 for HP-UX:

• HP Surestore Disk System FC10 (DMP active/active)

• HP StorageWorks Disk System DS2405

• HP Surestore Virtual Array 7100 (DMP active/active)

• HP Surestore Virtual Array 7110 (DMP active/active)

• HP Surestore Virtual Array 7400 (DMP active/active)

• HP Surestore Virtual Array 7410 (DMP active/active)

• HP Surestore Disk Array xp128 (DMP active/active)

• HP Surestore Disk Array xp256 (DMP active/active)

• HP Surestore Disk Array xp1024 (DMP active/active)

• HP Surestore Disk Array FC60 (DMP active/passive)

NOTE Although the HP Surestore Disk Array FC60 can be used as an active/active disk

array in some conﬁgurations, with VERITAS Volume Manager for HP-UX it can only

be used as an active/passive disk array.
