Getting Started
Responding to Alerts
Chapter 296
• To display the Alert Monitor window, choose Window > Alerts (from
the main window) or click on the Alert button in the toolbar. You can
also access the Alert Monitor window by clicking on the alert icon in
the status area.
• To sort alerts by object or description, click on the appropriate column
heading. To reverse the sort order, click on the column heading again.
• To view the properties of an object with an alert, select the object and
choose Object Properties from the File or popup menu. You can also
access object properties by double-clicking on the object.
• To acknowledge and clear the alert icon displayed in the status area
of the main window, choose Options > Clear Alert Status.
