Viewing Disk Properties
The Disk Properties window contains detailed information about the
selected disk. The Properties window contains a set of tabbed pages, each
of which contains information about the disk and related objects. You can
display a different page by clicking on the appropriate tab label.
• To view the properties of a disk, select the disk and then choose
Properties from the Disks or popup menu. You can also access the
Disk Properties window by double-clicking on the disk.
• To find available space on the disk, click on the Subdisks tab. Areas of
free space are listed as “gaps” in the Subdisks tab. To sort the
subdisks and gaps by their location on the disk, click the Disk Offset
column heading.
• To update the contents of the Properties window to reflect current
properties for the disk, click Refresh.
• To print the contents of the Properties window, click Print and
complete the Print dialog box.
