Kernel Error Messages

Check for obvious problems with the disk (such as a disconnected
cable). If hot-relocation is enabled and the disk is failing, the subdisk
failure may be taken care of automatically.

The following are panic messages associated with the kernel.

This is an internal Volume Manager problem. This warning should
not occur unless there is a bug in the Volume Manager.
