• Description
A read or write operation from the specified object failed. An error
will be returned to the application.
• Action
This error represents lost data. The data may need to be restored and
failed media may need to be repaired. Depending on the type of object
failing and on the type of recovery suggested for that type, an
appropriate recovery operation may be necessary.
