Execute the following steps on all the nodes:

# cp /etc/vxfen.d/vxfenmode_scsi3_dmp /etc/vxfenmode

# /sbin/init.d/vxfen stop

# /sbin/init.d/vxfen start

Set the clusterwide attribute "UseFence" to use SCSI3. Add the following line

to the /etc/VRTSvcs/conf/config/main.cf file:

UseFence=SCSI3

Start the VCS engine on each system:

# /opt/VRTS/bin/hastart
