Installing and Configuring

This chapter describes how to install the VERITAS Storage Foundation Cluster File
System (SFCFS). SFCFS requires several VERITAS software packages to configure a
cluster and to provide messaging services. These packages include
VERITAS Low Latency
Transport (LLT) and VERITAS Group Membership and Atomic Broadcast (GAB) for
communication and messaging, the VERITAS Volume Manager (VxVM) to create the
shared volumes necessary for cluster file systems, and the VERITAS File System package.
