Installation of VxFS and VxVM 4.1 on HP-UX 11i v3 September 2008 Operating Environment Update Release

1. Confirm the correct hostname. The output of the following command would
show the hostname.
# hostname
2. Confirm the correct OE version. The output of the following command would
display the OE version currently installed on the system:
# swlist | grep HPUX
3. Confirm installation of Base VERITAS Volume Manager Bundle 4.1 for HP-
UX 11i v3. The following command would show the VxVM 4.1 products
installed on the system.
# swlist Base-VXVM
4. Confirm installation of Veritas File System Bundle 4.1 for HP-UX 11i v3. The
following command would show the VxFS 4.1 products installed on the
system.
# swlist Base-VXFS
