An SLVM cluster node can panic with the following stack trace when taking over the server
role of a shared volume group, which typically happens when the VG is deactivated on the
server node or when the server node leaves the cluster. This problem can potentially occur
on shared VGs of version 2.1 and later, which are reconfigured using vgextend and
vgreduce operations while activated in shared mode on multiple nodes.
