vgcfgrestore – Enhanced Listing of Backup File Contents
The vgcfgrestore command restores the LVM configuration data from a default (-n option) or alternate (-f option)
configuration backup file to a physical volume, or it displays the configuration backup file content (
-l option).
In HP-UX 11i v3, the
vgcfgrestore -l command provides the following additional information from the configuration
backup file when invoked together with the
-v option:
