• Explanation
The soft limit on blocks was exceeded continuously for longer than the
soft quota time limit. Further attempts to allocate blocks for files will
fail.

quota exceeded.
• Explanation
The soft limit on blocks is exceeded. The soft limit can be exceeded for
a certain amount of time before allocations begin to fail. Once the soft
quota time limit has expired, further attempts to allocate blocks for
files will fail.
