*2 7: /QDKNG +2X 4GNGCUG 0QVGU #PPQWPEGOGPV Announcement HP-UX Mobile IPv4, version A.03.01, provides mobility support for mobile devices to migrate from their home network to other networks, either within the same administrative domain or to other administrative domains on the Internet. HP-UX Mobile IPv4 product supports IP Encapsulation and IP Tunneling to facilitate transparent routing and tunneling of datagrams to a Mobile Node in a foreign network.

*2 7: /QDKNG +2X 4GNGCUG 0QVGU 9JCVŏU KP 6JKU 8GTUKQP • IP Mobility Support for IPv4 - HP-UX Mobile IPv4 provides Mobile Nodes, the ability to roam through the Internet while maintaining their home address and network connection. HP-UX Mobile IPv4 allows transparent routing of IP datagrams to these Mobile Nodes as they migrate from their home network to other networks, either within the same administrative domain or to other administrative domains on the Internet.
*2 7: /QDKNG +2X 4GNGCUG 0QVGU 7PUWRRQTVGF (GCVWTGU Unsupported Features This release of the HP-UX Mobile IPv4 software does not support these features: • The ‘R’ bit Feature - A Foreign Agent can require a Mobile Node to register through it even if the Mobile Node is using a co-located address. The Mobile Node is notified about this requirement when the R-flag (Registration Required) in the Agent Advertisement message is set to 1.
