Structure containing the passwords for
FT_FA_READ, FT_FA_READ_ATTRIBUTE,
and FT_FA_DELETE_FILE. Set
source_file_passwords only if the file you are
moving has an identity (in
Ft_access_control_element) that matches
source_init_id and if passwords exist for these
three actions

FTAM-3, INTAP-1). Set dest_file_passwords
only if the file has an identity (in
Ft_access_control_element) that matches
dest_init_id, and if passwords exist for these
actions
