Unsupported versions and supported operating systems
iCap software product adheres to HP-UX support policy.
• During HP-UX support period, irrespective of the mode of delivery [OE (Operating Environment)
or AR (Application Release) media or web release], each version of the product is supported
as per the following list:
◦ HP-UX 11i v3: Three years from the date of its release.
◦ HP-UX 11i v2 and HP-UX 11i v1: Only the latest release.
• The latest versions of HP-UX 11i v2 or HP-UX 11i v1 are exceptionally supported till the End
of Support (EoS) date for each of these OS versions.
• The EoS date for HP-UX 11i v2 or HP-UX 11i v1 is December 2015.
The exact EoS date or month indicates end of each month. For example, 31

December 2015.
